Level 75 Cheat #1: Begin at the bottom.

There's a lot of jelly to remove and not much time. Work as closely as possible to the bottom in order to create cascades and remove multiple jelly squares per turn.
Keep an eye out for matches in the separate bottom row, where jelly removal is more difficult (but there's only one layer on each square).


Level 75 Cheat #2: Maintain Odus's balance.

Some cascades may put Odus in danger of falling. If you see the owl begin to tip over, look for matches that will restore balance to the moon.
Filling up the Moon Struck meter can remove jelly from squares you'd otherwise be unable to reach, especially on the bottom row. Begin filling it early.

Level 75 Cheat #3: Use your special candies strategically.

special candies should be used in areas where they're most effective. Bombs can do much more damage in the upper part of the puzzle than the bottom row. A well-placed horizontal striped candy, on the other hand, can remove all the jelly from the bottom row at once and greatly simplify the puzzle.
It will be extremely tempting to combine two color bomb if the opportunity should arise, but only do this as a finishing move; Odus might be pushed off the moon if this is not your final move.
