Striped and wrapped candies are essential for this level because of their ability to clear so much space. If you happen to make one or the other, keep them for a while and see if you can get its partner--striped candies in particular are a lot less effective when used alone. Level 19 Cheat #3: Fish aren't that important

The objective of this level is to raise the bear above the candy necklace by raising the soda level, but you'll notice that the level starts out pretty well flooded, and that some of the soda bottles aren't in cages. This makes fish less important than other levels, since activating bottles is a bit easier and you've already got a head-start on the soda level. Focus instead of clearing candy above the bear!
