Clear the frosted meringues first
Since you are given 19 sprinkle candies/color bombs to start with on Candy Crush level 202, your first goal should be to activate these first. The best way to do this is by making matches that hit the meringues directly and special candies that will hit the most of these. For example, as shown in the screen shot, a vertical striped candy that hits the entire column of sprinkle candies, and in the next screen shot, a sprinkle candy + a striped candy is going to clear most of the board (see before and after).

Make sprinkle + sprinkle candy combos
Once you have opened up your board, you will want to activate a sprinkle candy + a sprinkle candy combo to clear the entire board again. This should get rid of most of the sprinkle candies you were given with at the start of the game. In the example shown here, there are only 3 left. Make you moves to eliminate the rest of these. Now you can see how there are only 6 sprinkle candies left to clear all of the orders for level 202 of Candy Crush, with 43 moves left on the level!

Optimize for sprinkle candies/color bombs
This last step is probably the most difficult part about level 202 of Candy Crush, since you have to activate 6 sprinkle candies and create them all on your own. That why the hints in tip 1 and tip 2 are important since you want to get rid of the first sprinkle candies in as few moves as possible. Aim for creating special candy combos that will eliminate a good portion of the board to optimize your chances of getting an opportunity to make a 5 match. As shown in the screen shot, after activating a sprinkle candy + a striped candy, another opportunity for a sprinkle candy is available right away. As soon as you create a sprinkle candy, activate it right away since you will also optimize your chances by eliminating all of one of the colors.
