Break the Meringue Blocks First
There are 4 meringue squares blocking you from getting to the jellyfish. There are also 3 candies locked in licorice cags in the left section of the board. The first step in this level is to break the meringue so you can start using those fish to eat jellies. You can do this in any way, most preferably using a special candy to take them out more quickly.

Utilize the Jellyfish
After you break through the meringue, you want to activate the jellyfish. Not only will they break some jellies, but they will also break open the trapped candies so you can more easily break jellies in the left section. The best scenario is to combine a special candy with a jellyfish so it'll break more jellies and licorice cages in a quicker amount of time.

Break the Jellies Once Candies are Free
Once the candies are free on the left side, it's a simple match and smash technique. Combine special candies to cause more damage in less time. If you feel a little stuck or in a rut, you can always go back to the other side and activate more jellyfish.
