Clear the Bombs Right Away
There are hard to reach bombs with an 8 count at the start of the level. You have to take them out right away or you won't win the level. Luckily they are in the way of the ingredients anyway.

Horizontal Striped Blasts
It's hard to do any candy mixing on the side of the board with the ingredients on level 364. Instead use horizontal blasts from striped candies to knock out obstacles. Use these immediately to take out the bombs and then aim for the meringues and chocolates. Once the obstacles are out of the way, you can start mixing candies on the right-side.

Use the Right Big Combos
If you have the option, save those striped candies for bigger combinations. Combos like the striped/wrapped candy combo can take out the entire bottom of the board at once! Avoid combining wrapped candies with other wrapped candies, because that wont help you free any ingredients. If you're going to mix a color bomb with a striped candy, check to make sure that there are corresponding colors on the hard to reach side.
