Know where the jellies are
In this level, there are 13 jellies to clear. Eight of them are contained in the cake bomb and another five are beneath the multi-layered meringues. This means you do not need to clear the meringues to clear the jellies.

Clear the cake bombs
In this level, you must clear the cake bombs in order to fulfill the level objectives. Remember: clearing the cake bomb sets off the giant hammer that will clear candies from your board. The two cake bombs must be cleared as they cover 8/13 jellies you need to clear. The jellies will not be accessible to be cleared until every slice of the cake bomb is cleared.

Then go for the jellies beneath the meringues
You don't need to clear the multi-layered meringues to get to the bottom jellies--so be more strategic in your candy clearing. The hardest jelly to clear is the bottom center jelly since it has no jelly inside. You will need to the area to it adjacently (although it is difficult to do from the side, it may be easier to get to by clearing a multi-layered meringue on the top).
