Start at the Bottom of Board
The bottom of the board has all of the licorice X's, candy bombs and striped candies so start there. Hopefully you can get some cascading matches to take out the some more licorice.

Combine Striped Candies While Taking Out Bombs
Once you break through the licorice X's, you need to free the striped candies in marmalade. Try to combine these striped candies because that is the objective of the level. While you're doing this, take out the bombs because they should be around detonation time.

Don't Worry About Points
The 50,000 point threshold is not that much in the first place. Making 5 striped+striped combinations in addition to clearing 3 candy bombs and a licorice jail should take care of the points by themselves.
