This level is incredibly challenging, with a nine-move bomb locked in the center, two chocolate dispensers, and a sea of double jelly. The best advice is to not let yourself get overwhelmed. Focus on one element at a time. The first thing you need to deal with is the 9-move bomb in the center. Hit the licorice barriers with as many combos as you can. Setting off the bomb will free up a lot of space for candies to fall in.

Destroy the meringues
Now get rid of the 4-layer meringues surrounding the color bomb. There are no jellies underneath them so don't worry about getting rid of each one. Using the color bomb will deal a lot of damage to the jellies and clear up some of the chocolate.
