There is a wall of meringue that is blocking you from a cake wheel and +5 candies that you need to destroy. Not only is the meringue blocking some extra time candies, but it also takes up half the board. You also want to clear it because it is on the bottom half of the board and impedes you from making cascading matches.
Clear Bombs and +5's.
Once the meringue is mostly eliminated, you will be able to add on time with the +5 candies. There will also be candy bomb s falling so you want to match them not only because they can end your level, but it will also get you an extra 3,000 points. These powerful combinations should not be extraordinarily difficult to conceive with the 40 move limit, just don't get overconfident and you should not lose a heart on level 403.

- Some of the candies have +5's on them. Match these candies! They'll give you five extra seconds in the round, which could be the difference between winning and losing.
