Clear the x's
Your first goal should be to clear the licorice x's since they are so few and so annoying. You'll have to make matches on the left half of the board to clear them, unless you see an easy special to make elsewhere that could help. Try to start on the top of the x's, since they will be impossible to clear without a special if candies near the top fall and aren't replenished. Once you do clear all the x's, you'll be able to have a full board that you can maneuver around much more easily, so try to clear them quickly! You'll need to clear them all eventually to clear the jelly, so you might as well get them out of the way first.

Specials are the bomb
Specials will extremely helpful for clearing jellies in this level, so make lots of wrapped candies, striped candies, and color bombs! You also need to pay attention to the candy bomb that will go off after 30 moves. 30 moves is plenty of time to clear them, and fortunately they don't respawn, but you don't want to let one slip by and forget about it. First create specials when you can, and whenever you have a choice, use a move that will clear a color bomb as well as some jelly.

Don't ignore the rest
While you don't really need to do much on the right side of the board once the licorice x's are taken care of, you shouldn't ignore it entirely. There might be opportunities to make color bombs or other specials that would miss if you don't frequently check for them. Wrapped candies might not do much good over there unless you can combine them with a striped, but striped and color bombs are always useful for clearing jelly. Keep one eye on the right side, and create and combine specials that will help clear jelly on the left side!
