Work the top of the screen and try to break the meringues down with wrapped/striped candy combos. You don't need to get rid of all the meringues. Just get rid of enough so that the ingredients can make their way to the bottom.

As you plow your way through the meringues, it's important for you to free the locked striped candy. Not only will you have gotten rid of more obstacles, but the striped candy is a useful tool for clearing meringues. Especially focus on freeing the bomb. It's imperative that you get rid of the bomb as soon as you can.
