You're going to need to create some specials in this level, however the meringue walls are stoping you from a larger board. Begin by clearing at least one side of the board. You will need those specials to drop you ingredients. Activating a wrapped candy in between the two columns of meringues will destroy an even an larger amount of blockers.

Manage the chocolates
Those chocolate fountains could give you some problems. Make sure you keep the regenerating chocolates in order and don't let them spread everywhere. The last thing you want is to have an ingredient blocked by a piece of chocolate. Striped + wrapped candy combos are a great way to drop ingredients AND clear out chocolate.
