The only way you're going to beat this level is if you make lots of specials and form the best combos. Make as many color bombs and striped candies as possible. If you can combine a striped+color bomb multiple times, you should have no problem beating this level. When you're not making a color bomb or striped candy, wrapped candies can also be useful when combined with striped or other wrapped candies.

Since you have limited moves, you should use them carefully. Your first priority should be making and combining specials, but after that, it's up to you to make the most of your moves. Focus on areas that have more jellies or have more potential to line up specials. If you see any outlier jellies that will be hard to get to later, try clearing them earlier rather than later.

There are just a couple things left to keep in mind about this level! There is a chocolate fountain at the top which will gradually spawn new chocolates. This is not a big deal if you are diligent about creating special combos, but you'll want to keep an eye on the chocolate and make sure it can't cover up anything you need. There are also some jelly fish on this level you can use to your advantage. Set off the fish when you have nothing better to do and they'll get rid of some jellies for you!
