Free the jelly fish
Try to free the jelly fish first. Usually, you'd want to hold off on these but because of the swirls, the jelly fish will be very useful for opening up that isolated board on the left-hand side. Candies will drop down when swirls are cleared so you'll be able to form normal candy moves.

Combine the color bomb with a striped candy
In this board, you are given a color bomb to start. It is very useful and it an optimal position for you. Free the color bomb and activate it with a jelly fish for some real impact. Or wait until you've cleared a few jelly fish/licorice swirls and then activate it. Remember: after the swirls are cleared, some regular candies will drop!

Remember the rules of licorice swirls
licorice swirls are tricky blockers. They have more special characteristics than others. In a board where you can make adjacent matches, they aren't much of a problem but in a level like this, they are trickier. While swirls can be cleared by adjacent matches but they also swallow the effects of certain special candies. You'll find that despite the temptation to use striped candies, they won't be very efficient. At best, they will clear one swirl since the swirl almost completely blocks the striped candy effect.
